a) Advertisements of other groups (public or private chats) are not allowed.- 3. Please do not congregate in the dealers den if you are not looking to buy or sell, this allows space for other attendees to come in and browse.
a) Attendees are not allowed to sit behind tables in the dealers den unless they are a vendor or helping a vendor.
b) Please contact us if you are interested in having a table at our furmeets.- 4. Please do not sell prohibited items within the dealers den. This includes electronics, items of an NSFW or adjacent nature.
a) Please do not sell items featuring artwork that you have not created or designed yourself, unless you are vending on behalf of a creator or have the appropriate licensing to sell said items. If this is the case, the creator must contact us in advance.
b) The electronics rule does not apply to fursuits with electronics (e.g. LEDs).
c) You are welcome to rehome items in the dealers den.- 5. If you as a vendor discover that an attendee has stolen from your stall, please inform a member of our team.
a) The Norfolk Furs team is not responsible for your table or any lost/stolen items. If you need to leave your table for any reason, please leave it under the supervision of someone you trust.
4. Conduct- 1. Although not everyone will get along, we expect our attendees to treat each other with respect within our group chats and in-person events.
a) Staff are not here to deal with personal fallings out and encourage you to resolve these issues yourselves.- 2. Do not bring outside issues into the group. If you believe that there is an outside issue that may affect the furmeets as a whole, please bring it to the attention of our team, and we will deal with it accordingly.- 3. Please do not organise any fursuit walks or similar events without consulting our team beforehand.

You are choosing to do so at your own risk.- 3. Bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. We are an open group for everyone to express themselves in a safe environment.
a) Like with attendees, harassment of staff or admins will not be tolerated.- 4. Costume ≠ consent. Do not touch, hug or take photos of someone without their explicit consent. Please do not invade someone's personal space.- 5. All attendees are expected to not only respect an individual's boundaries but also their belongings.
6. Fursuiting- 1. Please only use the fursuit lounge, or the back of the dealers den if necessary, for storing fursuits. If you need to store anything else during a meet, please speak to a member of staff.- 2. Please do not block any doors or walkways with your belongings. Please be courteous with how you store your items and help us maximise the available changing space, as well as keeping all fire exits accessible.
a) Avoid moving other people's belongings in the fursuit room. If they need to be moved, let a member of our team know.
b) Please do not leave items, such as clothes, lying around on seats or surfaces in the lounge.- 3. No food or drink other than water is to be brought into the fursuit room, sealed or otherwise.- 4. Do not stay in the fursuit lounge longer than needed or enter if you aren't a suiters/assisting a suiter. The room is too small for people to stay longer than needed.
a) If you need an alternative place to change, consider using the sensory room next door to do so.
7. Prop Weapons- 1. Any and all prop weapons must first be approved by a member of the team prior to the furmeet who will let you know if it is ok to bring along with you.
a) No prop weapons are to be brought on the fursuit walks or be on display outside of the venue. They must be concealed while outside of the venue.- 2. Any realistic/replica/deactivated weapons, or weapons capable of shooting projectiles should not be brought to the meets.
8. Norfolk Furs Invades- 1. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, please do not bring any fursuit heads or parts along with you to any of our Norfolk Furs Invades events.
a) While some events may allow us to wear smaller items (such as tails or paws), there may be instances where this is not possible.
b) Most places, businesses or amusements do not allow the use of costumes on their premises for a variety of reasons. Because this is out of our control, it’s important to respect this.- 2. While our team will have a schedule or set plan in place for these events, if you choose to deviate from this or stray away from the group, Norfolk Furs cannot be held accountable for your actions.- 3. If you wish to attend one of our Invades events, you are expected to be able to fund your portion of the trip (travel, tickets, etc.). Every attendee is responsible for their payment and shares.
a) While there may be discounts on offer for certain events via members of our team, it is not guaranteed that everyone will be able to use it. These discounts are more likely to be used on those who need it.
b) While some attendees may be kind enough to let you pay them back if needed, the Norfolk Furs team do not offer this directly.
c) Norfolk Furs cannot be held accountable for any issues that occur with payments, including between attendees.
9. Rules, Warnings and Bans- 1. If any of the rules here are broken or you have been deemed to not be following our code of conduct, a member of our team may reach out to you via DM.
a) If you decide to block staff or admins, then we will not be able to issue any applicable warnings, so we may take further action.- 2. Where possible, we will try and advise what you can do differently and no further action will be taken. But if you persist, you will be issued with a warning.
a) Upon your third warning, you will receive a ban from the meets and all group chats.- 3. If your actions are deemed serious enough, you will receive no warnings and will be banned.- 4. All decisions on warnings and bans are final.
a) In certain circumstances, there may be ways to appeal decisions made, but this is not always available.
